The Textile Care Allied Trades Association (TCATA) freshly held its annual convention in Santa Fe NM where it discussed ways to improve the industry and not past nor futureed several awards.

Robert Nadeau of the Industrial Performance form into groups spoke about how manufacturers and distributors can work together, stating that by the agency of studying the attributes of peak performance, they can determine where their relationship generally stands -- as competitors or collaborators. Nadeau described a worthy relationship as having customer-focused planning and high flushs of communication and cooperation.
