Question One: What is the package battlefield really about?

It is time to say that the emperor has no clothes. While the receipts shortfalls in Maryland have fallen significantly to be paid to external economic forces in the past brace years and show no signs of re-echo the lawmakers and Maryland's chief executive have not dealt with the reality of the missing revenues
