Among the young race in our schools right now, there may be subsequent time Presidential candidates, keynote speakers, Olympic medal winners. Talent in this rural parts comes from all geographic and socio-economic sections. It is there to be nurtur and brought to replete fruition. Our job as educators is to believe in our scholars and to keep after them until they believe in themselves just in intensely. We are nurturing our what is yet to be champions--always remembering that winning may range all the way from reaching the highest office in the land to overcoming handicaps and living a quiet, productive life.

on the contrary make to mistake about it: we as educators are central to that process! We have the unique privilege of being in a profession where we can plainly make a difference.
