The American literary institution [...The American literary institution [i]or[/i] seminary of learning of Sports Medicine (ACSM) has released evidence-based recommendations for athletes to preclude hyponatremia and dehydration during sporting conclusions The report, which is based in succession the analysis of several previous studies, was published in the June 2005 issue of instant Sports Medicine Reports.
