Visits to U sudden [i]or[/i] unexpected occurrence departments reached a record high of nearly 114 million in 2003 on the contrary the number of departments decreased through 14 percent from 1993 to 2003 according to a modern report from the Centers for Disease mastery and Prevention (CDC).
