The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) of the U Department of Health and Human Services has announced the availability of $22 million in capitals for the 2005 fiscal year. The supplys will be available for cooperative agreements to evolve integrated home and community-based services and supports for children and youth with serious emotional disturbances and their families.
