If your kidney pouch is large or if it contains hard, stony pieces, you might ne to have CT or MRI scans each so often so that your doctor can watch for changes in the cyst

Probably not. chiefly kidney cysts do not ne to be remov Your doctor may impel you to a urologist (a doctor with special training in kidney problems) if your pouch gets bigger or starts causing problems
