The patient information handout "Prostate Cancer" (February 1 2004 page 619) contained an inaccurate wording of the American Cancer Society's screening guidelines. below the heading "Who should be screened?" forward page 620, the first sum of two units sentences in the second paragraph should state "Doctors do not agree forward whether screening is needed for men who are not at high risk. The American Cancer Society approves that doctors offer prostate cancer screening each year to most men older than 50 years after talking with them about the advantages and disadvantages of the screening tests" The online version of this handout has been corrected. In the article "Sudden Arrhythmia Death Syndrome: Importance of the in extent QT Syndrome" (August 1, 2003 page 483) the figure fables for Figures 2 and 3 were inadvertently transposed.
