The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) has exhibited checklists for men and women to use during an examination through their family physician. The checklist for women is available online at www.ahrq.gov/ppip/healthywom.htm, and the checklist for men is at www.ahrq.gov/ppip/healthymen.htm.

The checklists were bring to maturityed using research and recommendations from the U Preventive Services Task Force. They give recommendations about screening criterions the use of medications to impede disease, and tips for fit health, such as smoking cessation and physical activity. English and Spanish versions are available.
