The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) newly released a new pocket-size pamphlet designed for men to take with them upon visits to their health care professionals to track their medical screening exhibitions The health tool, "A Checklist for Your nearest Checkup," includes the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force recommendations for medical screening criterions such as those for cholesterol checks, high posterity pressure, colorectal cancer, prostate cancer, depression, diabetes, and sexually transmitted diseases. The checklist includes a chart for men to note their screening touchstone history and schedule their nearest appointments. It also provides tips about ways to stay healthy, like as eating a healthy diet and exercising.
