President Bush has propos a $223 tr...President Bush has propos a $223 trillion bag for fiscal year 2004 that includes a Medicare fee-simple schedule that uses actual data rather than estimates in passing from hand to hand and previous updates that should be derived in higher updates for the nearest several years. The NIH will make biodefense research its main priority while continuing to work in succession other priority issues such as cancer, human immunodeficiency virus, acquired immunodeficiency syndrome diabetes, and Parkinson's disease.
