The American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) has issued a call for scientific exhibits for possible presentation at the AAFP Scientific Assembly onward Oct. 1-5, 2003, in modern Orleans. Applications must be submitted by the agency of April 4, 2003. Membership in the AAFP is not a prerequisite for submission. Scientific exhibits provide a forum for the presentation of research that is of interest and educational value to family physicians. The exhibits include those not absented by residents and medical students Travel grants of $1000 may be awarded to a maximum of 15 resident/student scientific exhibitors whose applications are accepted for presentation. In addition, cash awards for first, secondary third, and fourth places may be quick in emergenciesed to resident/student exhibitors.
