PW Inc. has fortunately completed its acquisition of SpinCycle LLC between the walls of its affiliate, Lucky Spin Laundries LLC The acquisition includes essentially all of the assets of SpinCycle, including 172 stores, in an all-cash transaction, the bounds of which were not disclosed.
